When you download, access, login/sign-up or play our Apps, or interact with our websites, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1. What information we collect

 

Here we list the types of information we collect that you provide to us. This information is used to provide you core functionality. We will also list whether this information is shared with third party service providers. Through the use of our Services, you may provide us with the following information:

1. Account-related information (Shared) - For the purpose of filling out core information for our Services to function. This includes your e-mail address and password. It may also include unique ID when using other login methods such as Google. This information IS shared with our authentication provider in order to provide basic account servicing such as retrieving lost passwords, transferring accounts, etc. Your e-mail address is never used for the purpose of marketing and it's not shared with any other third-party provider.

2. Messages and content (Not shared) - For the purpose of displaying your previous chat history and calibrate your personal Lover AI. We only store the last 150 messages exchanged. These messages are encrypted and only accessible to you. The Services use a proprietary custom encryption method where a unique key is generated by your device that can only be matched by your User ID.

3. Profile information (Not shared) - For the purpose of customizing and tailoring conversations with your Lover AI. This includes your name, gender, birthday (optional), relationship information, preferences, etc.

4. Analytics Data (Shared) - For the purpose of better understanding and serving our users. Usage data refers to button presses, actions taken in app, among other analytics metrics. This information is processed by an external service to visualize the data without collecting any personal information from you.

2. Data storage and retention

​

All data is encrypted. Your data is protected by security measures including but not limited to passwords, authentication controls and firewalls. This data can only be accessed with your credentials. Note that no system can guarantee to be 100% secure. If a breach of security that leads to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, disclosure of or access to your data without authorization we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of it.

You have the right to request all your data to be deleted. Such requests will result in the deletion of your account in its entirety and credentials used to access our Services. This process is permanent. You can request data deletion by contacting us at support@loverai.tech or by filling out the form within this website's Contact Us form.

Your data is stored in the United States of America. Note that if you are located in another jurisdiction, the information you provide to us will be stored in the United States of America. Your data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.

3. Age Requirements

These Services are only intended for individuals over the age of 18. Upon signing up to use our Services, you will be asked to confirm that you are over the age of 18. Please note that while Google Play Store may rate our Services with other age requirements per country, these are disregarded and you must adhere to this age requirement as stated here and within the Services. If we discover that users under the age of 18 are using our Services, we will block their access immediately and delete their account and all associated data.
